Our Services
So much goes into creating a yacht and she should give just as much back in the pleasure of being on board – for everyone. We bring years of living, working and building yachts to your project, asking the questions that drawings and renders alone cannot answer. From the first interior decisions to the final days in the yard to maiden voyage and first refit, we help make good use of your space, your budget and your team’s energy.

Owner & Project Team
Support
One yacht. Many specialists. The quality of the result depends not only on everyone’s individual expertise, but on how well their information and decisions connect. Even if there is desire, cooperation and communication is a full time job on its own.
Holistic brings the owner, management company, shipyard, interior builders, designers, suppliers and crew into one working conversation. We keep the owner’s vision visible throughout the build, ask the practical questions while they can still make a difference, and follow decisions through so important information is not lost between teams or project phases.
We can also help recruit and establish the on-site interior build team; clarifying roles and advising on the supplies, working facilities and practical support they need to do their job properly from day one.

Design Assistance & Operational Detail
Where designers stop, we continue the vision by bringing client feedback, aesthetics, functionality and proven onboard practices together.
We listen to the end users – the client and operational crew, and turn their ideas into reality that supports movement, service, comfort and everyday use.
We also advise on spatial design and human-centred technical solutions, helping make lighting, controls, equipment, signage, wayfinding and other interior systems intuitive.
Through our network of top-tier suppliers, we source premium materials and services covering FF&E, specialist functional items and decorative accessories – always selected for purpose, sustainability, craftsmanship and suitability for life on board.

Crew Training & Project Awareness
While we are helping shoreside stakeholders see how their decisions affect life on board, we also guide interior build crew through the dynamics of a project: responsibilities, information flow and timeline.Joining a new build for the first time can be overwhelming, even for experienced crew. We help them find their footing, recognise hidden risks and bottlenecks, giving them the knowledge and confidence to become an asset.
Finishing a build while preparing for operation can be too much for one person to carry. We share that responsibility: while your crew establishes routines, organises supplies and prepares to welcome guests, we follow the interior build through to completion.
We focus on mental wellbeing, manageable workloads, priorities and hands-on mentoring so crew can grow into their roles and begin the first season prepared. The aim is to deliver a yacht with joy, not burnout.
